a newsletter on health and longevity
there is a lot of information out there and human intelligence is more limited than we recognize. on a day to day basis, everyone consumes information about the areas they are curious about and create a knowledge base or what i call the class notes. i have learnt (and, learning) a lot from people those who share their class notes 🙂 and this is my attempt to share my notes in the vast syllabus of information that we have, hehe!
since my childhood, i have been deeply curious about personal energy management – from following the practices recommended by certain productivity gurus or influencers on youtube to learning the science backed methods to optimize metabolic health. i have been able to build certain rituals (and not habits) that help me navigate through my life in the best way and do more of things i enjoy doing. i live a a very intentional life and focus on doing more of things that give me energy and limiting the ones that drain my energy.
all along, i have learnt a lot and am starting this newsletter to:
- share interesting learnings regarding routines, longevity, philosophy and tech
- meet new people interested in the same area and learn from their experience
- help and inspire you to build certain rituals in your life :))
